Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business related field or any other field
• Three (3) years and above of Sales & Marketing experience preferably in the motor industry (selling cars and/or cars accessories and parts)
• Excellent computer skills, especially relating to Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook. Quickbooks knowledge is an added advantage
• Good understanding of the core business
Skills and Experience:
• Experience in key account management will be an added advantage
• Experience in credit collection
• Experienced insurance sales agents may be considered
• Experience in a CRM (Customer Relations Management) system will be an added advantage

1. Research & Marketing
• Conduct market and customer research while identifying the client needs and solutions best suited for them
• Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches (e.g. using power point or practical example) and pitches to potential clients
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business organizational development
2. Prospecting
• Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Use existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
• Maintain and develop a computerized client and prospect database
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Have the ability to structure, negotiate and close an entire sales deal under minimum supervision
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
3. Client Management
• Advising on product inventory, forthcoming product developments/new products and discussing special promotions with the clients
• Respond to all inquiries in a quick & timely manner
• Managing the after sales activities e.g. delivery, training on use of the gadgets etc.
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the office
• Following up on the credit collection for the orders placed
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
4. Personal growth and Team work
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
• Identify and grow opportunities to aid in achieving set sales targets
• Continuously reviewing one’s own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
• Attend trainings or functions to develop relevant knowledge skills

Required education: Diploma, Associate’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
