Responsibilities
The Kenya Analyst will be responsible
for comprehensive analysis of existing and new projects across Rendeavour’s
portfolio in Kenya. The Analyst will work closely with the Country Head, the
Finance Team, the Strategy and Execution Associate and the wider Kenya team.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Financial and commercial analysis of
new land sales, new development projects and other business opportunities
presented for approval by senior management;

Creating high quality presentations
for senior management;

Upgrading and maintaining core
project land models;

Upgrading and maintaining utility
business models (including power, water and telecoms);

Assisting with preparation and
coordination of annual business plans;

Conducting analysis of historical
sales data and pricing;

Solid work experience from a
reputable bank, PE fund or consulting firm;
