Job Vacancy: Project Coordinator (E-Commerce)

Our Client in the Information Technology Industry is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who can manage life-cycles of multiple concurrent running projects for different clients.

They need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will, not only, make the organization more profitable but ensure our clients are satisfied with our solutions.

The ideal candidate has the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously across multiple clients and can translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes and compile project related proposals for our corporate clients.

He/she is involved from the inception of the project until the final sign-off is received.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of Project Plans based on Solution Design and Scope of Work
  • Hosting regular Internal as well as External (Client facing) Project Meetings
  • Owning a Project from Inception till Sign-off (End-to-End)
  • Maintaining and Updating of allocated projects on the company Project Management Tool
  • Compiling and reviewing of Use Case diagrams and System Integration Diagrams (X-Mind)
  • Compile and Submitting of Weekly Project Update Reports to clients
  • Maintaining and contributing the knowledge-base on Sharepoint.
  • Creation and compiling of Scope of Work Document based on client requirements and /or commercial proposal
  • Ensure all requirements are fulfilled for finance department to submit invoices.
  • Project Profitability Reporting
  • Change Management and Logging of Changes on the company Service Desk and Clients
  • Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings or operational meetings
  • Periodic Site Visits (when required) to improve customer relationship
  • Logging Development Enhancements with Development team for allocated projects.
  • Training and Mentoring other Project Coordinators

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with IT System Integrations
  • Experience in E-Commerce Field will be beneficial
  • Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, Visio and other applications.
  • Great knowledge of IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge.

  • Able to carry out tasks with little or no supervision
