Job Vacancy: Print Operator

Main Purpose of this Position: Achieve regional direct sales targets to deliver growth, profitability and cash flow objectives as per the business objectives.

• Ensure quality printing to achieve competition in the market.
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to Operate flexographic non-woven printing machine, run different size and color capacities.
• Install the printing plate with the images to be printed, ensure that the ink meet the required specifications while adjusting the flow of ink to the inking rollers accordingly.
• Guide non-woven through the press cylinders, adjust feed and tension control
• Adjust manage ink distribution, speed, and temperature in the drying chamber.
• Search root cause of not proper printing and take corrective action.
• Increase efficiency of plant at low energy cost.
• Make quick corrections to avoid expensive losses of non-woven and ink.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust the printing process on a control panel.
• Oil and clean the roller plate and make minor repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Operate flexographic non woven printing machine.

• Prepare machines for printing.
• Install the printing plate with the images to be printed.

• Ink the presses, load nonwoven, and adjust the roller according to non woven bag size .
• Ensure that nonwoven and ink meet specifications

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 4- 5years experience in printing on flexography machine and 2years experience in non-woven printing by flexography machine
