M-PAYA allows retailers/agents and shop owners to provide a one-spot bill payment point for utility companies and Telecommunication service providers.

We seek to recruit a highly proactive and self-driven individual to fill the position of a Sales Executive.

The Role: Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the position holder will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting retail outlets/agents with a proven record of success.

Sales Job Responsibilities:

• Selling Company’s service to customers through field visits, and other marketing channels.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with agents.
• Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
• Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis

Qualifications

• As this is an entry level position, individuals with at least 6 months working experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply . Prior experience in a field sales role would be an advantage
• Certificate in Sales & Marketing/ business related field or social science course.
• Able to meet set sales target within a given timeframe
• Must be Aggressive and pro-active
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Remunerations

• Weekly facilitation commissions and attractive sales bonuses.
