   Business development

•    Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
•    Researching prospective opportunities and accounts in target markets
•    Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Analysis and Strategy
•    Develop and implement a business and marketing strategy based on market and target group analysis as well a stakeholder analysis.                                                                                                   
•    Providing continuous and ad-hoc analyses and insights on all ongoing marketing activities, patient acquisition, patient retention and activity.

•    Responsible for driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and 
•    improved lead quality.
•    Development and managing of all marketing operations with the focus of enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies,
•    and alignment with sales initiatives.
•    Managing various offline marketing programs that range from content marketing to targeted outbound programs.

•    Building close relationships with existing and potential partner institutions, with a view to stimulate actors in the public, private and non-governmental sectors to initiate and develop collaborations
•    Represent the organisation to government, the private sector, civil society and the media, developing trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders
•    Develop substantive partnership activities (projects, programs, reforms and coordination functions) in collaboration with operational staff from across partner organizations.
•    Lead and mange our optical & sales staff; coach and develop the team members as well as the team spirit
•    Create a working environment that is inspiring, people and performance oriented


  • Bachelor’s degree
    in business, marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 3
    years related work experience in business development, sales, management, marketing
    or related field, NGO-experience is a plus
  • Experience of
    working with diverse teams and multicultural environment, as well as
    ability to work with partners using effective interpersonal and
    communication skills.
  • Experience in
    engaging with multiple partners diplomatically and build meaningful
    strategic relationships.
  • Strong
    communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership
    and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical
    and research skills
  • Ability to flourish
    with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Ability to maintain
    demanding timelines
  • Proficient in  MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,
    PowerPoint, Teams)
