Duties and Responsibilities

– Handles projects from initial stage to the final stage of the construction and delivers on the client’s requirements.

– Managing client relationships, creating and developing design, presenting design proposals, preparing drawings and specifications and Project Management.

– Adjust and revise the plan based on Client’s needs.

– Compiling research and compliance with government Design Code and local planning regulations.

– Determining and adhering to project budget and timelines.

– Collaborating with other professionals to come up with a feasible solution and designs.

– Provide relevant Environment Impact Assessment (EAI) approvals from National Environmental Management Authority(NEMA)

– Attain all the necessary approvals from the NCA and County Government.

Requirements

– Must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.

– Be registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors,Kenya

– Have evidence based experience of working through all architectural stages from concept design to running a job site.

– Have at least two(2)years work experience with skills in areas of design ,presentation and technical skills.

– Excellent organizational ,presentation and interpersonal skills

– Possess business etiquette with a strong work ethic,high level of integrity,results oriented and ability to deliver under pressure.

– Team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
