Campaign Management Support Job, Current IT Jobs In Kenya,

Job Title: Campaign Management Support 

Manage, support & operate campaign management system(s) used by our company (e.g. Unica etc.)Ensure all market campaigns are approved, aligned as per business requirements, appropriately sized, scheduled and delivered to achieve Business goals

1) Governance

– Daily Dashboard review with marketing for accuracy

– End to end campaign creation

– Managing Process for RA validation before any campaign go live

– Owning incidents, tracking and updating all stakeholders including escalations

– Daily/Weekly/Monthly Internal meeting with stakeholders (Marketing, RA)

2) Operations Management

– Support campaign project handover with zero defects to operations i.e. UAT signoff

– Assist business on the requirements phase for enhancement related projects/initiatives

– Maintain Functional architecture & overview

– UCG Frequency creation, scheduling & automation

– Daily, weekly & monthly reports as and when requested

– Ensure proper capacity management is in place for proper growth

3) Audit Compliance

– Ensure execution of audit/RA recommendations;

– Enforce compliance with all IT processes and business related processes

Skills critical to the role:

 Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent IT service operations manuals

 Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

 Conversant with Oracle,DB2,Unix systems,ITIL

 Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills


Educational Level:

 University degree in Computer Science and other related disciplines

 Professional Qualification in Databases, ETL and Unix/Linux systems

Working Experience:

 1-3 years in IT role preferably within the Telecoms industry.

 Experience on Implementation and operation of campaign management systems in multiple business


 Experience on managing diverse and complex platforms and environments

Type of customers:

Mainly Internal (Marketing, RA, CX) and External (Wipro-systems admin)
